So many games, so little time! After four epic days at ALL ABOARD EXPO 2025, we saw record-breaking crowds, surprise guests, and (most importantly) a whole lot of board game love. While there were literally hundreds of games to discover and play, a few titles managed to capture the hearts (and wallets) of players from all walks of life.
Here are the top 10 best-selling games from the expo, and a little peek at why these titles stood out from the crowd.

1. Kushi Express
This little game came in hot: like, straight-off-the-grill hot. It’s a fast-paced dexterity game where you’re cooking up a skewer and scoring tasty combos. Players kept coming back for second servings (pun absolutely intended). It was part of the Journey Pass, and thanks to its quick turns and adorable art, tables were never empty.

2. Flip 7
Deceptively simple, endlessly addictive, and branded as the "World's Greatest Card Game". Flip 7 was the kind of game you tried once and then immediately brought back three friends to try it, too. It was nominated for Spiel des Jahres this year, and it shows. It was even featured on Smosh and When In Manila.

3. LEGO Monkey Palace
If you walked into the expo and saw people huddled around bricks, you found Monkey Palace. This build-your-own tower game blended LEGO fun with some sneaky strategy, and folks of all ages couldn't get enough.
Designers David Gordon and TAM even played a few games with attendees! Mayor Joy herself built a palace. It was one of those games where the table was as fun to look at as it was to play.

4. Quoridor Pac-Man
Old-school meets new-school. This twist on Quoridor had people racing through mazes, dodging walls, and setting clever traps. It was sleek, fast, and surprisingly intense.

5. Fold-It
Fold, flip, match, panic. Repeat. This pattern-matching puzzle game from Happy Baobab had a steady crowd at the educational play area—and for good reason. It’s the kind of game that gets everyone at the table yelling and laughing. Con-goers were able to challenge the designer himself, Yohan Goh, in the giant version of Fold-It.

6. YUBIBO
Oh man. YUBIBO. Pure chaos in a box. It’s hard to explain if you haven’t played it—imagine a mix of balance, speed, and laughing out loud. It's like a party game and a dexterity challenge had a baby. This is my current favorite out of the games I was able to play at the EXPO (to be fair, I wasn’t able to play a lot of games because I was running around).

7. Summoner Wars: Second Edition Master Set
A big hit among the strategy crowd, Summoner Wars had one of the most competitive tournaments at the expo. Tight mechanics, gorgeous art, and a ton of factions to try. We also featured two new summoners: Isle Vekkid and Spectral Conclave (first release in the world!).

8. Tapple
Tapple was the life of the party. This fast-paced word game had families shouting answers, slapping buttons, and laughing through every round. We also developed limited edition QC-themed Tapple cards (and yes, you can customize your own categories). I’ve seen game groups come up with fun, creative categories like Taylor Swift songs and Pokémon.

9. Ticket to Ride: Europe
A classic that still charms everyone who tries it. Ticket to Ride: Europe was part of the Journey Pass and almost always had at least one table going. Ticket to Ride is a modern classic, celebrating its 15th anniversary with a special edition. It just goes to show that great games are evergreens—and we’re happy that more new players can discover and enjoy this game.

10. Splendor
Still sparkly, still strategic. The Splendor tournament was a hit, and the game was flying off the shelves all weekend. Whether you were collecting gems for the first time or the fiftieth, this one remains a crowd favorite. Splendor just released its refreshed edition with a new box cover and card art in celebration of its 10th anniversary.

Bonus: The Vale of Eternity – SOLD OUT!
This one needs a special shoutout. Vale of Eternity had a demo table, a tournament slot, and then poof!—it was gone. Sold out by Day 3. The expansion, The Vale of Eternity: Artifacts, is still available, and we’re eagerly waiting for the second expansion: Curses.
