- Available for Full Time / Part Time shifts (For Part Timers, 4 Hours minimum per day, 30 hours minimum per twice monthly cutoff)
- Able to elevate customers' game experience
- Willing to guide new players on their board game journey
- Skilled at managing inventory of games both on play and retail
- Confident in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Active on social media to help create content for All aBOARD XP marketing
- Willing to work in BGC or SM North Edsa

More Information about the position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve store sales targets
• Provide excellent sales service
• Maintain fully stocked store
• Keep up to date with product information
• Delivering to service level agreements
• Providing support as necessary
• Follow all companies policies and procedures
GENERAL DUTIES:
• Undertake sales and customer service within the store to optimize and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Implement store merchandising to enhance appearance and image
• Maintain cleanliness and order in shop floor
• Monitor and order stocks and supplies
• Receive deliveries from suppliers
• Implement operational working procedures, to support the delivery of service excellence
• Implement safe working practices to ensure safety of staff and visitors
• Help develop monthly management report, ie submit weekly sales, inventory and other pertinent reports to management
• Build strong relationships with clients
