Loot Prints
1. Products
Loot Prints warrants that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
use within one (1) week from the date of purchase, subject to the following exclusions.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
● Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product.
● Modifications or alterations made by the customer or third parties.
● Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage not affecting the functionality of the product.
● Cosmetic imperfections that are inherent in 3D printed products such as:
- Warped bottom surfaces not exceeding a bend height of 3mm,
- Thin plastic fibers on product surfaces,
- Visible horizontal manufacturing lines, and
- Changes in the sheen and luster of the product material at different layers of the product
● Issues arising from product fit and compatibility
● Problems caused by external factors such as environmental conditions (heat, humidity, sunlight,
etc.)
3. Remedies
If a warranty claim is validated, Loot Prints will, at its discretion:
● Repair the defective product.
● Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished item.
● Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
