At Gaming Library, we want your games to reach you quickly and securely. Here’s how our shipping and pick-up options work:
Shipping
All shipping orders are dispatched from our Head Office at Richer Point Building, 131 O. Arellano St., Manila (San Juan / Greenhills area).

Note: Only items available at our Head Office can be shipped. If your order includes items from a store branch, shipping will not be available. Please select Pick-up instead.
Store Pick-up
You can also order online and pick up from any Gaming Library store in the Philippines. Our store location page is constantly being updated here.
Pick-up lead times:

If your chosen store already has the item in stock: 1–2 business days

If stock needs to be transferred from HQ: transfers happen every Thursday, so expect about 5 business days
You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.
If shipping is not available on the checkout page, it may mean that the item is only available at a store branch for pickup. To see where the item is located, you may click Check availability at other stores on the product page.
You may also contact the branch directly if you wish to arrange a Lalamove or Grab pickup.
Minimum Shipping Charge for Store-Shipped Orders
All orders shipped directly from our physical stores are subject to a minimum shipping fee of 500 PHP. This fee serves as the base cost for dispatching items from store locations and may increase depending on courier rates, package size, delivery distance, or special handling requirements.
Centralized Orders
We always try to consolidate your order so you only need to pick up or receive one package. No multiple shipments, no hassle.
