General Rules

  1. Have Fun and Be Respectful
Treat everyone including attendees, staff, volunteers, and vendors with respect and kindness.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  2. Follow Staff Instructions
Expo staff and security are here to help. Please listen to and follow their directions at all times.

  3. Wristbands
Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times while inside the event space.
Lost wristbands cannot be replaced, so please keep yours secure.

  4. Age Guidelines
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Some games or areas may have recommended age restrictions.

Board and Card Gaming Etiquette

  1. Share the Tables
Space may be limited during peak hours. Be considerate and allow others a chance to play.
Clean up game pieces, cards, and trash when finished.

  2. Handle Games with Care
Treat all demo and shared games gently.
If something is missing or damaged, notify a staff member right away.

  3. Bring Your Own Games
Personal games are welcome. Be mindful of space and others who may want to join in.

General Tournament Rules

General Conditions

  1. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the Tournament if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Tournament, as determined by the Organizers in their sole discretion.
  2. The Organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be cheating, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Tournament, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
  3. If rules are broken at a table, players must call for a referee immediately. The referee’s ruling is final. If a rule is broken and players do not report it immediately, this is considered normal play, and its effect on the final game results must be accepted.
  4. Repeated incidents can be called out individually even if previous incidents not judged by a referee were deemed as normal.
  5. The recording of information through note-taking or any other physical method is prohibited.
  6. No competitor may bring personal notes, strategy guides, player aids, or any form of cheat sheet into the Tournament. The use of mobile devices is not allowed. Taking photos by participants is allowed before the start of the game and after the game. Coaching is not allowed.

Time Limit

  1. Each game may have a time limit. If players are still in the game after the elapsed time, they finish the current round so that everyone plays the same number of turns.
  2. The Organizer has the authority to introduce and enforce a time limit on player turns, or players may call a referee to enforce timed turns.
  3. There are no breaks during a game. Players are advised to take their breaks before the start of the Tournament and in between games.

Protest

  1. If players feel that the outcome of a game is unfair due to broken rules or illegal play, they must immediately inform a referee. Once the game record sheet has been signed, further protest is not permitted and the results cannot be altered.
  2. The Head Judge’s ruling is final.

Sportsmanship

  1. Attendees are expected to behave in both a legal and civil manner at all times.
  2. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. This includes intimidation or threats, inappropriate disruption of events, hurtful language, physical assault, inappropriate physical contact, unwanted sexual attention, unwanted photography or video recording, bullying, stalking, or following. This applies especially in connection with race or ethnicity, national origin, gender identity or presentation, sex or sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, citizenship status, medical condition, or pregnancy.
  3. If you experience or witness any form of harassment, contact an Organizer or Referee immediately. If you are asked to stop any harassing behavior, you must stop immediately.
  4. Poor gameplay is not a justification for disqualification. Players colluding strictly to advance mutual positions in the game rather than their own position is discouraged and will result in a warning.
  5. Referees can disqualify players if the rules of the game are broken on purpose or if a player has violated the Code of Conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, breaking rules with the intent to win, engaging in abusive play, or intentionally causing or promoting another player to win.

Publicity

  1. Participation in the Tournament constitutes consent to the use of the participant’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, and country for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
  2. Images and videos taken during the event may appear in marketing materials or social media posts associated with the Expo or its partners.
  3. Take-down requests can be sent to: support@gaminglib.com

Data Privacy

  1. The Organizers collect personal information from participants when they enter the Tournament. The information collected is subject to the event’s Privacy Policy.
  2. Under the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173 in the Philippines), the Organizers will not use personal information outside of this event and will not share it with anyone except authorized Organizers.

Cosplay Guidelines

  1. Cosplay Encouraged
Costumes are welcome and celebrated. Please keep all outfits family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.

No live steel, real firearms, or functional projectile weapons are allowed.
Props must be safe for use in crowded environments.

  3. Photos and Consent
Always ask before taking photos of cosplayers or other attendees.
“Cosplay is not consent.” Respect personal space at all times.

  1. Keep the Space Clean
Dispose of trash properly and take care of the venue.
No outside food or drinks unless permitted by the venue.

  2. Lost and Found
Lost items can be turned in or claimed at the information desk. Unclaimed items after the event may not be returned.

  3. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
