Orders

How do I place an order?

Order online at www.gaminglib.com. Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, and choose shipping or pick-up.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us right away at support@gaminglib.com or +63 917 186 9949. If an order has already been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

What if I order both available and pre-order games?

By default, we will ship your order once all items are available and fully paid for.

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up the available items at our Head Office (HQ), and have the pre-order items shipped separately once they arrive.


Shipping & Pick-up

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship orders directly from our Head Office in Manila. We offer standard, express, and international shipping. See full shipping details here »

Do you ship internationally?

Yes 🌏 We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Please allow 3 business days for processing; delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on destination. See full international shipping details »

Can I pick up my order from a store?

Yes! You can order online and choose your preferred Gaming Library store as your Pick-up point. See full pick-up details here »

Can I order online and pick up in a store?

Yes! Choose Pick-up at checkout and select your preferred store. Our team will do their best to move stock from our warehouse (HQ) to your chosen branch. Transfers happen every Thursday, so lead time is usually about 5 business days.

Why is shipping not available at checkout?

Shipping is only available for items stocked at our Head Office. If the last available copy of a product is located in a store branch (not HQ), the shipping option will be disabled. In that case, please select Pick-up at that store instead.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, GCash, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD for select locations).

Do you offer installment or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options?

  • Online: Installments via Billease are available as a payment option at checkout.
  • In Store: BDO and Security Bank credit cards — minimum purchase of ₱5,000 at 0% installment for 3 months.

Can I pay using multiple methods?

Orders must be paid using a single payment method at checkout.


Products & Availability

Are all your games authentic?

Yes — all products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from publishers and distributors.

Do you restock sold-out games?

Some titles restock regularly; others are limited runs. The best way to get notified is to add the game to your Wishlist — we’ll update you if it returns.

What does “Pre-Order” mean?

Pre-Order reserves an upcoming product. Estimated release/arrival dates are shown on the product page.

Why is a game available on GamingLib.com but not on Shopee or Lazada (and vice versa)?

GamingLib.com, Shopee, and Lazada run on different systems and maintain their own inventories. Because they aren’t synced in real time, an item can sell out on one platform while still being available on another. Additionally, some items are website exclusives (such as pre-orders and crowdfunded games), so they may only appear on GamingLib.com.


Returns & Replacements

Missing or damaged parts

If your game arrived with missing or defective components, please fill out our Warranty Form.

  • Required: Include your Order Number (online) or a clear photo/copy of your Store Receipt (in-store purchase).
  • Provide the game title, the specific missing/damaged part, and a brief description.
  • Attach photos if applicable (box, components, issue).

Our team will review your submission and follow up with next steps.

Do you host tournaments and game nights?

Yes! We regularly run tournaments, learn-to-play sessions, and community game nights. Check schedules and sign-ups here: Events & Community (All aBOARD XP).

How do I join an event?
