How To Order?
- Create an account - Browse through available collections/categories from our Home Page or search the game title you are looking for using the search bar.
- Add to cart / Buy directly using your Paypal account.
- Note: For Pre-Order products, ETA is not usually indicated in the product page as our products come from different publishers/suppliers. You may directly contact us through Chat Box, Facebook messenger app, or call/sms us at 0917 186 9949 (Viber & SMS)
- Upon the checkout page, you may select your preferred payment method and delivery option.
- After placing an order, an email invoice will be sent you and our customer service team will contact you as soon as the parcel is ready for delivery/pick up.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
- Note that if the payment is received after 12 p.m. of a Friday, these orders are hence considered as Saturday transactions and will be shipped out only on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, in which case, shipment will take place on the next working day instead.
- For orders with pre-order items or crowdfunded, they will be fulfilled when the items become available.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- The normal estimated delivery lead time is 1 - 5 days for Metro Manila and 4 - 10 days for the rest of Luzon, 15+ days for Visayas & Mindanao, and more days for other islands or hard-to-reach areas in the Philippines.
- International shipment lead time is 14 - 21 days from the order created date. Note: Taxes and Dues upon delivery may be charged and are/are not included in the total bill paid via Gaming Library website.
- Note that these lead times should be counted starting only on the day the order is picked up by the courier and not on the day the order is placed, which would be at least a day prior. However, during this period of Community Quarantine currently in place, please expect possible delays to happen and for the estimated delivery lead times to potentially be longer and this is particularly so in some places where the Community Quarantine enforcement is heightened, so please keep up-to-date on the status of your location's Community Quarantine implementation as a guidance on delivery expectations. We appreciate your understanding in bearing with us on this.
Do I need to make an account to buy games from you?
- You can make an account by clicking on my account at the upper right hand corner of the website. We highly recommend this as this is a requirement for our loyalty rewards program
How will I know if the item is available or in stock?
- You can now filter in stock items by clicking the "In Stock Now" line at the filter menu found on the left hand site of the page.
Why is a game available in GamingLib.com and not available in Shopee or Lazada (and vice versa)?
- GamingLib.com, Shopee and Lazada operate on different systems, and have their own inventory. Because they run on different systems, they cannot be updated in real time if an item is purchased. An item can be sold out in one site, but is still available in another. Some items are website exclusive (pre-orders and crowdfunded games).
How will I know if the item is for pre-order. When will it arrive?
- Items for pre-order will have a banner saying PRE-ORDER on the thumbnail picture of the item. If there is no mention of the arrival date on the product then most probably it will take approximately 2 months from today's date. (partial payment for pre-orders are non refundable)
Can I pre-order and how? Also how will I know if it is here already?
- Yes you can! All you have to do is the order on the website. You can even pay for the item once it arrives (only for bank deposit and/or cash on pick-up. Credit cards and Paypal are automatically charged)
- Our staff will then notify you via e-mail once your order is ready for shipping or pick-up
What if I have both available and pre-order games in my order?
- We will ship the items once all are available and paid for.
- Alternatively, you can also pick up the available items at our HQ and have the pre-orders shipped when they arrive.
