Refund policy
WARRANTY CLAIMS AGREEMENT
ThinkLibrary Inc. processes warranty claims for products purchased from any of our sales channels only.
In the unlikely event that a purchased item manifests a manufacturing defect within the prescribed warranty period, you are entitled to a free repair, return or replacement of the defective part/s or the full unit. If and when replacement part/s or component/s are needed to complete a repair, you expressly agree to wait until said needed part/s or component/s have been delivered and repair is completed.
Repair service may take up to a maximum of 15 working days, depending on the spare part/s availability and damage/s. Customer will be notified through email once repair has been completed.
ThinkLibrary Inc. stores are the designated drop off and pick-up points; shipping of items can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect, or change of mind.
