Welcome back to ALL ABOARD EXPO, the biggest tabletop event in the Philippines! 

Happening from May 28 to 31 (10AM - 7PM) more bigger and exciting activities and new releases awaits you at the Quezon City M.I.C.E. Center! Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for another round of play, here’s your quick guide to make the most of the event.

House Rules:

1. Be Kind, Be Cool, Play Fair.
- Treat fellow gamers, coaches, volunteers and staff with respect.

2. Keep It Friendly.
- No roughhousing, shouting, or disruptive behavior. We’re here for good vibes and great games.

3. Respect the Space.
- No food inside the gaming halls. Bring reusable water containers.
- Help us keep the venue clean by throwing trash in designated bins.
- No pets allowed :(

4. Watch Your Stuff.
- Keep an eye on your personal gear.
- While you’re welcome to bring your own games, the EXPO is already packed with titles to choose from.

- TCG & Tournament Players: Bring what you need for your matches, but keep your bags secure.

5. Follow the Rules (Literally).
- For tournament players: Read and understand the game rules beforehand.
- Follow the instructions of tournament officials and marshals.

6. Play with Purpose.
- We want everyone to get a seat. Be mindful of how long you’re occupying a table, especially during peak hours.

7. Ask for Help!
- Don’t know a rule? Looking for something to play? Flag down a volunteer. We genuinely enjoy helping out.

8. Safety First.
- In case of emergency or lost items, approach the info desk or any staff member immediately.

9. Capture the Moment, Respectfully.
- Photos are encouraged! Just be a decent human and ask permission before taking close-up shots of other people or their games.

10. Most of All: Have Fun!
- Try new games, make new friends, and level up your board game journey.

What To Bring?

With all the exciting activities at the ALL aBOARD EXPO 2026, it’s important to come prepared for your tabletop journey. To help you out, here are few essentials that you should always have on your bag:

1. Order Number
  • Make sure to have your confirmation email with the Order Number ready before lining up at the registration booth to claim your pass and VIP kit (if applicable) faster!

2. Cash/Card
  • With so many games to explore (and bring home), it’s always good to have your wallet ready! 

3. Pen
  • You’ll never know when you need to write something down or ask your favorite artists & designers to sign games!

4. Umbrella
  • Stay prepared to shield yourself from the sun and rain throughout the weekend :))

5. Reusable Flask
  • Stay hydrated while still supporting Quezon City’s no single-use plastic advocacy. In case you forget yours, you can still grab an exclusive Expo Flask at the shop!

6. Eco-bag / Tote bag
  • Bring home your Expo finds more conveniently...or grab an extra bag at the shop to bring home even more games!


Most importantly, bring yourself (and a LOT of social battery)! Tabletop is always better when shared with friends and family.

A. REGISTRATION & ENTRANCE

Q: Is entrance free for Quezon City residents?

Yes! Just show a valid QCitizen ID, any government issued ID (with QC address) or QC School ID (for students) at the entrance. You still need to register daily.

Q: I’m not from QC. How do I enter the event?

You can choose to get a Binturong Day Pass (₱150), Haribon Pass (₱1000), Adarna Pass (₱3000), or complete your expo experience with the Bakunawa Pass (₱5500) via gaminglib.com. Keep your email confirmation—it’s your key to getting in.

Q: What is the Haribon Pass?

Haribon Pass gives you basic access to the whole event, no need to individually book day pass tickets. This includes:

  • Color-coded event wristband ID (changes daily)

Q: What is the difference between the VIP (Haribon, Adarna, Bakunawa) Passes?

While all three passes grant you a 4-day access to the event, each ticket pass has different inclusions.

Q: What is the Tarsier Pass?

The Tarsier Pass is for children 12 and below, who will receive: 

  • Junior Adventure Guide

  • Access to kid-friendly games and booths

  • Day pass wristbands (changes daily)

Note: Kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Q: What is the Early Bird Sticker?

The Early Bird Sticker is a sticker sheet that can be used to skip game tiles of your choice in the Battle Pass. 

This is available for attendees who:

  • Registered during the Pre-registration Period (until March 3, 2026) except Tarsier Pass Holders; or

  • Bakunawa Pass Holders

Note: By using an Early Bird sticker on any game tile, you forfeit the chance to complete the Enchanted Quest and earn the exclusive Adarna Pin.

Q: I did not register during the pre-registration period. Can I still get an Early Bird Sticker?

No. The Early Bird Sticker sheet will only be given to attendees who registered during the pre-registration period.

However, you can still get one by upgrading to Bakunawa Pass to receive a sticker sheet. Limited slots are available.

Q: I registered for a Bakunawa Pass during the Pre-registration period. How many Early Bird Stickers will I receive?

For Early Bird Bakunawa Pass Holders, you will receive two (2) sticker sheets, one from your Early Bird perk and one from your Bakunawa Pass inclusion.

Q: I want to attend the All aBOARD Expo on the day of the event but I have not yet registered online. Do you accept Walk-ins?

Yes, we do! However, you will still need to register online because your email confirmation will serve as your ticket to the event.

Please be advised that walk-in slots are limited and may close once the daily headcount capacity is reached. It is highly encouraged to register ahead of time through this link.

Q: I’m from the media. How do I cover the event?

Please coordinate with: ella@gaminglib.com (Gaming Library PR) or the Quezon City Tourism Department. They’ll guide you through press accreditation and onsite access.

Q: How can I claim my XPRESS vouchers?

Our community partner, XPRESS, will be giving away vouchers for Haribon, Adarna, and Bakunawa Pass Holders for your ride to the venue and travel home!

The vouchers can be claimed at the registration booth along with your VIP Kit and ticket pass.

Q: What time will the registration open?

The registration will open at 9:00 AM for Haribon, Adarna, and Bakunawa VIP Pass Holders and 9:30 AM for Day Pass Holders.

Q: What happens during onsite registration?

After lining up based on your ticket/pass:

  • Present your email confirmation showing your Order Number.

  • Receive your event wristband, Adventure Guide, and VIP Kit (if applicable)

Note: Each wristband is valid only for the day issued. You must register for each day to receive the assigned color-coded wristband. If you are registered for multiple days, you may claim the wristband for the upcoming days in advance. However, lost passes will not be replaced.

Q: Can I pick up my tickets earlier?

No. The ticket pass, Adventure Guide, and VIP Kit (if applicable) can only be claimed on the day of the event upon presenting your email confirmation with your order number at the registration area.

B. ADVENTURE GUIDE

Q: What is the Adventure Guide?

We’ve created a guide for you to maximize your All aBOARD experience. Get rewarded by badges along the way as you complete stages towards Level 5 Gamer and a chance to claim additional badges for the Mythic and Enchanted quests!

  • Activities, game demos, and booth visits

  • Key interaction zones where you can earn rewards

  • A mystery board game for the first 5 Bakunawa Pass and 5 Non-Bakunawa Pass players to complete the adventure guide journey! (not applicable for Junior pass) 

Q: What types of Adventure Guides are available?

  • Battle Pass – for Day Pass and VIP Pass holders 

  • Junior Pass – for children aged 12 and under

Q: What is the Enchanted Quest?

As an additional challenge, we’ve added the Enchanted Quest to give a little twist. 

To complete the Enchanted Quest, avoid skipping any game tile throughout the whole journey using your Early Bird Stickers (if applicable) or joining the tournament and earn an exclusive Enchanted Adarna Pin!

Note: Only Adarna and Bakunawa Pass Holders are eligible to claim the badge for this challenge. You can still register on this link or upgrade on the day but only limited slots are available.

Q: What is the Mythic Quest?

Get beyond the Level 5 Gamer stage with the additional Mythic Quest track. 

Complete the track from Stages 1-5 and Bakunawa Mythic track to earn the exclusive Mythic Bakunawa Pin (and Enchanted Pin, if applicable)!

Note: Only Bakunawa Pass Holders are eligible to claim the badge for this challenge. You can still register on this link or upgrade on the day but only limited slots are available.

Q: How can I skip a game tile?

The Adventure Guide is a great way to explore different games across the event. For some people, it can feel a bit long, which is why skip stickers (or Early Bird stickers) are available to help make your journey easier. You can get them by:

  • Purchasing a ticket pass during the pre-registration period (until March 3, 2026)

  • Upgrading to Bakunawa Pass

  • Joining a tournament (only applicable for Gaming Library hosted tournaments, look for Fred to receive the stickers) ; or

  • Visit the designated Partner Skip Zone booths

Q: What is the Speed Run challenge?

We've unlocked a new challenge for our competitive players!

The first 5 Bakunawa Pass Holders and first 5 Non-Bakunawa Pass Holders to completely finish their Battle Pass journey will earn a Mystery Board Game. 

Q: What is the Partner Skip Zone?

As part of this year's Battle Pass skip system, our partners has come to help you finish the journey! 

To clear the skip tiles, simply visit any of our partner booths located at the main lobby and ask the staff to mark the 'partner skip zone' tiles. 

Q: How do I earn rewards?

Follow your map and check off key checkpoints! Staff and booth partners will sign your Adventure Guide, and completed cards can earn you exclusive merchandise.

C. TOURNAMENTS

Q: Does tournament registration include event entry?

No. Tournament registration fees cover participation only. You must still purchase and present a valid Day or VIP Pass to enter the main hall.

Q: Where do I find tournament rules and details?

You can find all the tournament rules published on the Tournament Rules page at the Gaming Library website and on the page where you reserved your slot. Read them before attending. Judges’ decisions are final.

Q: What is the Designer Feedback Lab?

The Designer Feedback Lab is a private one-on-one session where aspiring Filipino tabletop designers can get feedback on their game concepts and prototypes from respected designers such as Anthony Perone (Courtisans) and Emerson Matsuuchi (Century: Spice Road).

Q: What does a workshop ticket include?

  • Full access to the workshop session

  • A VIP meet & greet with the speakers

Please take note that you still need to secure a QC Day pass, Non-QC Day Pass (only 150 Php) or any VIP Pass (1000-5500 Php) for entry



E. PLAY ZONES

The Library (1F) – Try hundreds of games, with friendly coaches to teach you.

Competitive Zone (2F) - Show off your skills, challenge others, and compete to win.

Open Gaming Area (2F- 3F) – Bring your own games, meet fellow players, make friends.

Q: What’s The Library?

Located at the Main Hall, the Gaming Library features a wide range of games, categorized by difficulty, i.e. from Levels 1–5, or casual to expert. The Library also includes new titles and previews including Sinigang, Modern Art PH, and Kalikasan. 

Don’t know how to play? Worry not! Game coaches are available to teach you the rules

IMPORTANT! Please do not bring your own games into the Main Hall Library for security reasons. (So that your personal copies will not be mixed in the Library copies)

Q: Can I bring my own games?

Yes – but only in the Open Gaming Area.

  • No reservations needed – tables are first come, first served.

  • Great for group play, casual meetups, and personal game time. Share a seat, win a friend! 

  • You can play any game in this area, and it is not limited to board games. You can play Pokemon, MtG, One Piece, Beyblade, and many more.

  • For Adarna and Bakunawa Pass Holders, you will have special access to a separate area on the 3F to play your games. 

  • Kindly secure your belongings at all times, and do not leave your games unattended.

Q: What’s Likhang Lokal?

Located on the 2F, Likhang Lokal is the area for our local partners where you can browse and purchase game accessories, TCGs, and many more.


F. NON-METRO MANILA & INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Q: How do I get to the venue from outside Metro Manila or overseas?

You can book your flight through Trip.com and fly in via:

  • Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) ; or 

  • Clark International Airport

From there, proceed to Quezon City M.I.C.E. Center, the event venue.

Q: Where should I stay?

Seda Vertis North is the official hotel partner and we recommend visiting their website . You can also book a hotel at Trip.com

Q: Is there a shuttle service?

Yes! FREE QC Shuttle Buses will run between Vertis North and the QC M.I.C.E. Center. Just look out for the bus with the “ALL ABOARD EXPO” signage. Additional public QC bus routes are also available across major city points.

You can also book a ride using the XPRESS app at their designated Pick-up & Drop off point near the venue. VIP Pass Holders will receive vouchers that can be used on the app.

G. FOOD & BEVERAGE

Q: Can I bring food into the venue?

No. Food is not allowed inside the M.I.C.E. Center. However:

  • Refillable water bottles are allowed

  • Food vendors will be stationed just outside the venue, featuring POP QC’s best food stalls

Reminder: Single-use plastics are banned under QC ordinance. Please bring reusable containers if possible or you can purchase our exclusive All aBOARD EXPO Flask.


H. BEHAVIOR & DECORUM

Q: What’s the expected behavior during the event?

  • Be kind, be cool and play fair.

  • Be respectful and sportsmanlike in all activities.

  • For tournament players: arrive in a timely manner, read the rules, and follow officials.

  • No roughhousing, no shouting.

  • Mind your volume and surroundings – families and children are present

Q: Can I bring kids?

Yes, All aBOARD Expo is family-friendly!

  • Kids under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult at all times. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS UNATTENDED.

  • Tarsier Passes are available for younger attendees. It has a Junior Pass adventure guide where you can play games and earn prizes.

Q: Other important reminders?

  • Keep your valuables close to you and be alert! Use a crossbody sling or small bag so that you carry your important personal items with you at all times and move about freely. Do not leave your board games / bags and other personal belongings unattended.

  • It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

  • Security and EMT personnel will be present at all times for safety


I. PURCHASING GAMES IN THE EXPO

Q: Can I purchase games in the EXPO?

Absolutely! Just head over to the Expo Shop at the main lobby, just before you enter the Main Hall. We accept cash, GCash, BPI installment, and major credit cards, and yes—purchases here earn you GL Rewards points too!

Q: Can I also purchase games from the international publishers in the EXPO?

Yes! All purchases—including titles from our international publishing partners—are centralized at the Expo Shop. One convenient checkout, all the games you want.

Q: I have pre-ordered games on gaminglib.com. Can I pick them up in the EXPO?

You sure can! Just drop by the Expo Shop Redemption Booth during the EXPO and pick up your pre-orders from our partner publishers.

Q: I have purchased a merch from gaminglib.com. Can I pick them up in the EXPO?

Yes! Head to the Expo Shop Redemption Booth to claim your pre-ordered shirt. You can also grab one on the spot from the Expo Shop—just in case you want an extra shirt (or two), a reusable flask, tote bag, or game pouches.


J. Lost & Found

Q: I lost one of my belongings. Where can I find them?

If you have a missing item, please proceed and reach out to the QCPD booth.

Q: I found a lost item. Where do I leave it?

If a lost item is found, kindly surrender them to the QCPD/PNP Personnel stationed at the booth.


K. HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE

Q: How to get to the venue?

Whether you're from Metro Manila or visiting from out of town, here are your best bets for getting to the venue:

FROM MAJOR MRT/LRT STATIONS

  • MRT-3 North Avenue Station: Ride a jeep or bus headed toward Commonwealth/Philcoa. Get off at Elliptical Road. From there, it's a short walk to Quezon Memorial Circle, where the M.I.C.E. Center is located.

  • LRT-2 Cubao Station: Exit toward Gateway, then take a jeep or Grab bound for Elliptical Road/Quezon Circle.

P2P BUS OPTIONS

  • PITX to Trinoma / SM North routes are available for those coming from the south.

  • From drop-off points in QC, transfer to jeepneys or ride-hailing services bound for Quezon Memorial Circle.

FROM NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport)

The easiest way is to take an XPRESS or taxi directly to Quezon City Memorial Circle (travel time: 60–90 minutes depending on traffic).

For a cheaper option, combine P2P buses (NAIA to Makati, Ortigas, or Cubao) with MRT/LRT lines, then follow the directions above.

Q: Is there parking?

The QC M.I.C.E. Center has nearby parking options. Steel Parking slots can be located near QC Memorial Circle, City Hall, or Heart Center are viable if slots are full on-site. 

Alternative slots would be to park at SM North Edsa, Trinoma, Vertis North then hop on the QC Bus (Free of Charge). Buses will be available every 30 minutes depending on the traffic situation. Look for Route 8, 4 and 5.
