*pssssst* Come a little closer!

The Elder Witch has determined you deserving of an invitation to her exclusive workshop! Unlock access to an elevated tier of magical practice through the Secrets of Alchemy Expansion (integrated within the Mystic Moon Deluxe Edition) ?? Acquire essential methodologies that demonstrate the transformation of ordinary ingredients into materials destined to radiate with stellar brilliance! (And should you generate a modest quantity of sludge as a resulting byproduct, it would presumably pose minimal risk, would it not? ?)

Through the Secrets of Alchemy Expansion, you shall possess the capability to employ Alchemy for converting Ingredients into novel materials including Gold and Crystals. Upon visiting the Elder Witch's Shop, you will encounter Alchemy cards, each presenting a Formula and corresponding Products.

You may execute Alchemy during your visit to the Elder Witch's Shop by surrendering the requisite Ingredients specified in the Formula of the uppermost card within the Alchemy deck, subsequently obtaining the Products enumerated on that card. Gold and Crystals you obtain shall be incorporated into your play area, whereas Sludge you obtain shall be positioned directly within the Garden.

Upon performing Alchemy, you shall additionally secure the Alchemy card utilized for subsequent application. Position it adjacent to your Potion Book, beneath your Witch's Hut. You are permitted to maintain only a single Alchemy card within your play area at any given moment, and should you obtain a second card, you must restore one to the bottom of the Alchemy deck. Should you possess an Alchemy card in your play area upon visiting the Elder Witch's Shop, you may elect to perform Alchemy utilizing either the uppermost card of the Alchemy deck or the Alchemy card currently in your play area.
