The Game Description
Master of Disaster (MOD) is a Social Actions program developed by the Asia Society for Social Improvement & Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST). It is an inclusive, informative, and fun-packed board game that aims to teach kids aged 9 years old and above about how to prepare and actively respond to the most common disasters in the Philippines. Apart from instilling awareness and understanding of the importance of proper disaster preparedness, the game also promotes teamwork, teaches responsibility and the virtue of helping others.
*MOD is approved by the Department of Education, and endorsed by the Philippine Red Cross.

ASSIST is a self-sustaining, non-profit development organization geared towards capacity-building, promoting sustainable practices, and achieving social impact. Since 2003, ASSIST has worked for continued progress and prosperity throughout Asia and Africa. Proceeds of the Master of Disaster (MOD) board game will support the different youth programs of the organization
