Played this game before and glad to have my own copy. This dark edition for me is way cooler than the original one. Everyone who I introduced the to really appreciated this sick edition
It is way better than the original version.
My brothers and I just can't stop playing it! I spent 2,500 for it, not even a week has passed, and I already feel like my 2,500 was worth it especially during lockdown. Compared to the base King of Tokyo, what makes the dark edition better is the Wickedness mechanic where rolling 2s and 1s finally became significant. The art is also a lot cooler. We also love the look of the dice. The game reignited our love for Godzilla and the giant monsters. It's an instant favorite.
This has quickly become one of my favorite games! I’m glad I finally bought it.
Awesome costumer service!!! Will be back for more!!!
A great game for all ages! Effortless to teach and master that will surely bring fun to the table. You can hardly dominate the game due to the randomness of the dice which I think is great for an entry-level game. You need the blessings of the Dice Gods to give you the right combination at the right time which I always lack off, (sighs) the Dice Gods must hate me. Anyways you should definitely consider this game if your looking for something to play during this hard times of quarantine. A must-have game in your collection.
Really great upgrade on the artwork and the dice. Really like the dsrk theme. Ne mechanic is a bit op i think. But if you do not have the original yet, i suggest you go with this.
Really enjoyed this game!
