- Date: May 30, 2025 FRIDAY
- Location: All Aboard Expo 2nd floor (near the Whimsy booth)
- Time: 1pm
- Entry: 500
- Walk in: 600
Registration.
1. All Players MUST register/check-in at the registration table to ensure your entry at the
tournament. Pre-registered players who have not checked-in at the registration table will be dropped from the tournament after the last call at (registration time.) *Remember that pre-registration fees are non-refundable.
Beyblade and Deck Rules
1. Only official Takara Tomy and HASBRO released beyblades are allowed in this tournament,
METAL NEEDLE BIT IS BANNED
2. 3G format with no repeating parts.
Tournament Rules
1. During swiss rounds, players may switch beys and parts in-between matches. For the top cut rounds, Locked bey rules apply.
2. The tournament will have 5 swiss rounds to determine the top cut. Challonge tournament brackets will be used for matches and tie-breakers. Once a score is reported it is final.
--128 Players or less = Top 16
--129 Players or more = Top 32
3. Each match will have a score sheet that the winning player must report to the TO handling Challonge. Score sheets will only be accepted if it is signed by both players in the match. Make sure to put the right stadium number and round number in your score sheet. Once submitted, these results are FINAL.
4. Once a player is called to play a match they will be given 5 mins to report to their assigned stadium. Players who fail to do so will default their matches and their opponent will be awarded a 4-0 score in Challonge.
5. The Tournament Organizers will not tolerate unsporting conduct. Players will be given one warning for any disruptive behavior. If a player receives a warning again during the course of the tournament, they will be disqualified. Cheating will not be tolerated as well, players caught cheating will result in an immediate disqualification.
Judging Rulings
1. If a player has a concern about the battle, they must tell the judge immediately.
2. Once the next battle starts, the result of the previous battle cannot be adjusted.
3. Battles will be recorded on video, and the judge will use the video footage to assist in
reaching a decision.
4. Players may appeal their judge's decision. In the event a judge ruling is appealed,
a 3-way check by the attending judge, the head judge and the TO will decide the final ruling.
Majority decision of the judges will be final.
Prize Structure
- 1st = Aero Pegasus
- 2nd = Black Phoenix Wing
- 3rd = UX-10
- 4th = UX-09 Samurai Saber
- 5th-8th = Choice of Impact Drake or Phoenix Wing (priority to higher placing)
- 9th-16th = Choice between available Php 650 SRP beyblades (priority to higher placing)
